About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role will play a crucial part in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and supporting our sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities- Act as a liaison for sellers between multiple groups (ie: sales ops, finance, product, sales leadership, legal) to help facilitate timely and accurate deal closure.
- Manage complex, non-standard deals with multiple cross-functional partners.
- Provide guidance to Account Executives/Sales Management on deal structures in order to meet customer requirements and maximize ARR.
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams to craft contractual language to ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition and business operational policies.
- Manage approval workflows for pricing, discounts and special terms for the sales and customer success teams using established guidelines and company best practices.
- Perform month-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of contracts, order forms and other document review and reporting.
- Participate in regular forecast calls to track sales pipeline and identify potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales territories and quotas.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to grow the APAC region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in deal desk operations, sales operations, or partner management.
- A solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- History of successfully working with a U.S.-headquartered global company.
- Experience using or administering different business systems and integration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to assess, manipulate, and analyze data.
