Job Title: Project Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Contract Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction project team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, procurement, and costs across various developments.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that all contracts are properly administered, negotiated, and executed in a timely and cost-effective manner. This will involve working closely with our project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to coordinate and manage the entire contract lifecycle.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects and make a significant impact on their success. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment where collaboration and open communication are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and consultant agreements
  • Lead procurement activities, including issuing RFQs, analyzing tenders, and conducting negotiations
  • Monitor and update budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and cash flow statements
  • Handle contract administration, including variations, progress claims, EOTs, and other related correspondence
  • Work closely with site and project teams to ensure timely contract execution and compliance
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to support project coordination
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and support final project handover and close-out

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role within the construction sector
  • A strong understanding of construction methodology, contract administration, and cost management
  • A high attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Capable of managing competing priorities in a high-paced project environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with industry tools such as Procore or Cheops
