About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of educators and support staff in delivering high-quality education and care services that foster healthy growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with national frameworks and standards, ensuring seamless integration of theoretical knowledge and practical application.
  • Support staff in their professional development and well-being, recognizing the importance of a positive work environment for exceptional outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication throughout the service.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualifications)
  • 1-2 years experience in an approved education and care service, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving positive change
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate effectively with children and their families
  • First aid qualification approved by ACECQA
