Senior Child Protection Specialist

As a senior child safety professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, culturally responsive protection services to vulnerable children and families.
Main Responsibilities- You will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to identify and support potential kin as approved carers and connect young people in out-of-home care with their supportive networks.
- Key responsibilities include effectively engaging with children, families, carers, and service providers to support case plan goals.
- You will provide individualized supports to children and families, including positive family connection, referrals, advocacy, and parent coaching.
- Additionally, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish and strengthen safety and support networks.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, training, and professional development.
