- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, project managers, and engineers, facilitating seamless collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in carpentry and maintenance tasks related to the construction site, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
- Able to adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, promoting a culture of safety and risk management.
- Relevant certifications and licenses for operating heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prior experience in ground engineering, piling works, or related fields is highly desirable, as is a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
