Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify that site requirements are met, including regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven supervisory skills, with the ability to manage teams efficiently, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including knowledge of maintenance schedules and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, project managers, and engineers, facilitating seamless collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in carpentry and maintenance tasks related to the construction site, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Able to adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, promoting a culture of safety and risk management.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses for operating heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prior experience in ground engineering, piling works, or related fields is highly desirable, as is a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
