Senior Event Manager Position Available

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to lead the seamless delivery of weddings, private events, and corporate functions.
The venue is set on 100 acres of heritage gardens just minutes from the CBD. With sweeping lawns, city views, and a renowned food and wine offering, it's the perfect backdrop for any event.
About the Role- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue layout, catering, audiovisual requirements with suppliers, the client, and our kitchen and front of house teams.
- Lead, support, and motivate the functions team to bring each event to life and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and report on event performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Management experience in front of house operations associated with weddings, corporate, and social events and catering.
- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and a warm, professional approach.
- Experience successfully planning and executing a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt quickly and solve problems on the go.
- Service-focused and ready to go the extra mile.
