Head Product Manager

Job Description:
">As a product leader, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of our health insurance product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how Australians compare and choose health cover, making it simpler, smarter and more customer-focused.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead end-to-end product initiatives from concept through launch and optimisation.
- Manage the product backlog, balancing strategic impact and execution feasibility.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team to deliver great outcomes for the business.
- Drive insights to validate direction and continuously improve performance.
- Own key success metrics like conversion and engagement to ensure impact.

">About You:
">You're an experienced product leader who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to deliver value at pace. With a strong grasp of customer needs, data, and stakeholder engagement, you're confident turning big ideas into real results. You've got 4+ years' experience in product management or delivery, with a strong record of leading successful initiatives. And you've proven ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally across business units. Experience in contact centre environments or health insurance comparison is a strong advantage. You've also got a solid understanding of the Australian healthcare system, including public and private health insurance. And you're comfortable working across multiple agile projects with a focus on timely, high-quality delivery.
