About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Customer Engagement Analytics (CEA) solutions team. As a CSM, you will be responsible for driving business growth, understanding each customer's objectives, and aligning them with CEA's solutions.
You will build and maintain functional expertise in NICE's Customer Engagement Analytics product and service offerings. This includes engaging in best practices derived from customer interaction and analytic solutions, helping educate customers on using analytics to drive business outcomes, and leveraging product knowledge and domain expertise to support customer value realization.
Main Responsibilities- Interact with customers regularly to understand their needs and provide thought leadership
- Maintain expertise in NICE's CEA product and services, identifying new opportunities to drive value
- Combine business acumen with analytical skills to track improvements against customer-specific business cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4-10 years of experience in Consulting, Service Operations, Business Process Improvement, Data-Driven Customer Experience, or a related area
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical parties
- Ability to build relationships and influence others, operating with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
