We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services. As a Night Duty shift nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including medication administration records and care plans

Requirements:

  • Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential
  • 2+ years' nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regarded
  • MUST be available to work Night Duty shifts on a permanent part-time basis
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
  • Experience with Autumn Care (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
  • Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
  • National Police Certificate; NDIS Worker Screening Check is a requirement of this role.
