We are seeking a Regional Holiday Park Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ingenia Communities.

This exciting opportunity will see you provide operational support across our Holiday Parks Victoria / South Coast NSW region, working closely with Park Managers to ensure the day-to-day management of the park.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the park is presented to a high standard, managing staff, residents and visitors, conducting site audits, and providing support to customers.

You will work as part of a fast-paced environment, responding to emergency situations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent administrative and financial controls, with the ability to identify problem areas and use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve these issues.

Key Accountabilities

With the Support of the Park Manager:

  • Ensure the Park is always providing quality services to residents in line with industry best practice and/or as directed by management.
  • Ensure the Park is presented to a high standard by attending to cleaning, gardens and facilities maintenance/upkeep and Park building/kitchen cleanliness and compliance.
  • Manage staff, residents and visitors who attend the Park.
  • Conduct and report on site audits (including kitchen) to ensure the appropriate standards are being maintained.
  • Provide support to customers by ensuring their health and wellbeing is a key focus.

About You

  • Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices.
  • Ability to identify problem areas and to use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve these issues.
  • Demonstrated capability and experience in the management of maintenance of buildings and grounds.
  • Ability to respond well to emergency situations.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active team player.
  • Confident and proficient at reasoning with people.
  • Ability to work without supervision and problem solve.
