OSHClub Coordinator

About the Role

OSHClub is seeking an experienced Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service at Chatswood Primary School. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of Educators and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams and possess strong communication skills. They will also be able to develop and implement engaging child-centered programs that cater to the needs of children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance and administration.

Working across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 09:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program), you will work block shifts during the school holidays too.
