  • Expand and nurture community networks to increase candidate referrals and support workforce diversity.
  • Lead efforts to attract new clients, promoting Breakthru as a trusted service that supports people with disability to achieve their career goals.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by analysing market trends and providing actionable, data-driven insights.

You will work closely with local teams to turn insights into action and drive national growth by shaping strategic partnerships and identifying emerging opportunities. About You

We are looking for someone who brings a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, and is confident engaging with employers, community groups, and internal teams alike. You should be proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a role where you can make a real impact.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Human Services related field or relevant experience.
  • Experience in business development, employer engagement, or partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into action.
