About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and execute complex construction projects from inception to completion.

As a Project Manager, Construction, you will develop detailed project plans, ensure resources are available, and timelines are feasible. You will also budget and manage costs to keep the project within financial constraints.

You will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, resolving conflicts and ensuring all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly observed.

This role will be located in Alice Springs, at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.

Responsibilities

  • Developing project plans and managing resources and timelines
  • Budgeting and cost management
  • Contract administration and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Quality control checks to meet specifications
  • Leading and motivating a project team
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Reporting project status to executives and stakeholders

Requirements

  • A US or Australian citizen
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a project manager
  • Project management skills such as time management, resource management, and project scheduling
  • Must possess a US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance
