Job Description

We have a permanent position in Sydney for a Customer Care Representative to join our cardiovascular customer care team.

This role is to provide remote home monitoring support to patients with implanted cardiac devices, coordinating patient care follow up relating to remote home monitoring within internal teams and the patients primary care physician, nurse and clinic.

The responsibilities of this role include providing phone-based technical support and troubleshooting relating to patients heart monitors, coordinating and managing a high volume of patients remote care, assigning patients over the phone with setting up home monitors, and coordinating and scheduling patient MRI device checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong customer service and technical support experience, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
