Nurse Practitioner

This role involves working within the NSW Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network. We are seeking a qualified individual to provide high-quality patient care in our correctional centre.

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments on persons received into custody, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing management strategies for individuals with complex healthcare needs, promoting optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex patient cases, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• A minimum of one year's experience in nursing, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
