Key Role:

A Business Analyst plays a pivotal part in driving enhancements to systems while ensuring seamless operation of existing solutions.


Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, they manage the product backlog and bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.


Responsibilities include conducting analysis, gathering requirements, supporting testing efforts, and providing ongoing system support as needed.



Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Business Analyst within financial services, preferably in Credit Risk
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Expertise in creating process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Alteryx, and PowerBI, with familiarity in tools that support data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills, with a passion for driving and championing change, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
