Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Site HR Business Partner to join the Project Ceres team on site in Karratha. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for providing high-level advice and assistance to key stakeholders in line with human resource policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Providing advice and conducting employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Coaching and assisting line managers in the performance management process.
- Implementing and facilitating workforce planning processes to support mobilisation, demobilisation, and redeployment processes.
- Advising managers and administering processes related to role changes, remuneration, and benefits, promotions, and related activities.
- Developing reports and data analysis across a range of HR metrics.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or relevant field desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a general Human Resources role.
- Prior experience working onsite in the resources sector is essential.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience.
- High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and develop solutions to meet business needs.
