Key Responsibilities:
As a Station Gardener & Domestic, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Food Service Management: Prepare nutritious meals for staff and visitors, ensuring all dietary requirements are met.
- Culinary Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area at all times.
- Facilities Maintenance: Clean and maintain quarters, amenities, staff recreation areas, and guest quarters daily.
- Groundskeeping: Maintain and clean fences, hedges, garden beds, and sprinkler systems.
- Animal Care: Feed animals around the homestead and ensure the proper disposal of waste.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure water supply equipment is in good working condition.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are essential.
