As a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with Relationships Australia Queensland, you will play a vital role in assisting families who are separating or have separated. You will be instrumental in helping these families develop and implement child-focused parenting and/or property agreements, prioritizing the best interests of children and young people throughout any ongoing family conflict.
We require individuals with relevant undergraduate qualifications in Social or Behavioural Sciences and/or Law, FDRP accreditation (or ability to obtain), and proven experience in risk assessment, family dispute resolution, and mediation using a facilitative FDR framework. Strong theoretical knowledge of family dispute resolution, mediation models, and relevant Family Law legislation is also essential.
You will deliver high-quality Family Dispute Resolution services using a facilitative model, conducting comprehensive client intake, risk assessments, and needs evaluations to inform mediation suitability. Additionally, you will engage in community outreach and education, developing networks with support services and participating in group information sessions.
