Main Responsibilities

• Lead the parent seed production teams for female and male / new hybrid crops
• In conjunction with the Contra Season Manager, plan the annual requirements for production sites to ensure adequate production capacity
• Participate in the planning and complete required operations to ensure the successful implementation and completion of the Contra Season Parent Seed program for Canada and North America
• Ensure all training and activities meet or exceed governance requirements, including compliance to local regulatory, compliance and stewardship requirements, environmental health and safety and local laws
• Provide leadership and direction to field technicians, leading hands and seasonal agronomists
• Address variability in seed supply, allowing seed to be increased to meet volume shortfalls produced in the NA location
