Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, Organize, and Implement Care in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.
- Deliver and Promote a high standard of care, providing exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
- Provide Clinical Leadership and support to our care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
About You
- Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet objectives and timelines.
