About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Industrial and Employment Law team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients in workplace disputes, disciplinary investigations, unfair dismissals, and other employment-related matters.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law, including the Fair Work Act and relevant state and territory legislation. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients in workplace disputes and employment-related matters
  • Conduct and manage new client enquiries and maintain regular communication with clients
  • Liaise with other senior lawyers, counsel, and external experts to clarify and resolve complex legal issues
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior lawyers and legal support staff as required
