Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in the Murrumbidgee region.

BaptistCare is a not-for-profit organisation that supports thousands of people across 90 locations in NSW and the ACT. Our aged care services aim to promote independence and restore functional ability to enable clients to remain living at home.

This role involves assessing physiotherapy needs and developing individualised programs for aged care clients in the community. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, using your expertise to empower clients to live their best possible lives.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised physiotherapy programs
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
• Provide education and support to clients and carers to enhance independence and well-being

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
• Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
