Job Summary

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Pilot to join our team as an AW139 Captain for our RAAF SAR Contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill the requirements as a Captain

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with a valid Instrument Rating (IR)
  • Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MEIR) with a minimum of 3 renewals
  • 3,000 hours of flying experience in rotary wing aircraft
  • 2,000 hours of flying experience as Pilot-In-Command (PIC) in rotary wing aircraft
  • 1,000 hours of flying experience as PIC in multi-engine rotary wing aircraft
  • Current AW139 Type Rating preferred, with 100 hours of PIC experience on type
  • Night Visual Flight Rules (VFR) rating, with 200 hours of night flying experience
  • Low Level rating with Winch Endorsement
  • CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Australian Security Identity Card (ASIC)
  • Previous search and rescue or emergency medical services (EMS) experience
  • Ability to complete a RAAF SAR Command course to Captain standard
  • Eligibility to live and work in Australia
