Roofing Project Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Administrator to oversee the efficient delivery of roofing projects from start to finish. As the central point of contact for various stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects run smoothly while balancing customer needs and changing site conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate trades, labour and materials across multiple roofing projects, managing schedules, call-ups, inspections and software updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve site issues, delays or material shortages quickly.
- Oversee site measures, quality checks and compliance to maintain high safety and workmanship standards.
- Contribute to operational improvements, reduced service tasks and positive customer experience results.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
- A sound understanding of the building process and the ability to interpret plans.
- Advanced computer skills and experience managing your own workload.
