Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Box Hill Canterbury Road. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, and supporting the development of our centre's programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check
