Teaching and Academic Leadership

Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake teaching, research, and scholarly activities to contribute to the academic excellence of the institution.
• Provide direction, leadership, and day-to-day management of educational activities, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students.
• Develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and evaluation methods to promote student learning and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver academic programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the institution to support its mission and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Masters in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Strong interest and expertise in teaching, research, and scholarly activities.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and motivational skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and other relevant software.
