Shadforth Civil Contractors, a leading civil construction company in Queensland, is seeking experienced Labourers and Plant Operators to join their team. With over 50 years of experience, the company has established a strong presence across Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals to work on residential and commercial subdivisions, as well as major infrastructures. As a Labourer or Plant Operator, you will be responsible for performing manual outdoor labouring tasks, including repetitive tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Labourers: Previous manual outdoor labouring or civil labouring experience is highly regarded. You must be willing to perform manual handling duties and available to work Monday to Friday 06.30am - 5:00pm with Saturdays as required. A driver's license with reliable transport is also essential.
  • Plant Operators: 2+ years' experience in Civil Operations is required, along with tickets for relevant plant. GPS experience is ideal but not essential. You must be able to work 6.30am-5:00pm five days a week with Saturdays as required, and have a driver's license and reliable transport.
