The role of a Law Clerk is to provide administrative support to legal professionals in an Employers Liability team. This involves preparation and drafting of court documents, filling court documents, diary management, brief preparation, opening/closing files, and assisting lawyers as necessary.

  • Filing documents with the court
  • Managing diaries and calendars
  • Preparing briefs for lawyers
  • Opening and closing files
  • Providing administrative assistance to lawyers
