Effective leaders are sought after to drive organisational outcomes through the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational programs. To achieve this, we require a skilled Business Manager with expertise in driving performance improvements, motivating staff, and managing teams to deliver results.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improvement
  • Manage employee productivity and internal processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to legal guidelines
  • Provide data analytics and insights to inform management decisions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives
  • Design and implement operational programs to achieve organisational objectives

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Three or more years of experience in a business management or similar role
  • Experience in developing business strategy and implementing change
  • Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes, as well as database and information systems software
  • Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends
