Lead Preparatory Education

As a seasoned educational leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the academic direction of our Preparatory School.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in curriculum design, pedagogical leadership, and data-informed decision making. They will drive innovative approaches to teaching and learning, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include leading Pedagogical Leaders and teachers to deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the Australian Curriculum, driving strategic initiatives to enhance student outcomes, and overseeing assessment and reporting processes.

We seek a visionary leader who can inspire and motivate educators to achieve their best. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A comprehensive knowledge of primary education principles, including the science of learning and child development, is essential for this role. Experience in school-wide leadership, staff coaching, and curriculum review cycles is highly desirable.
