About the Job

The Site Supervisor role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead multiple construction projects across various sites in South-East Queensland.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage construction processes, resolve problems, and work independently to achieve positive outcomes.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license. They will also possess a Construction Induction White Card.

This role offers extensive onsite training and access to a support network with over 100 years combined experience in the building industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple Hebel/AAC/EPS Cladding & Coating installation jobs
  • Completing prestart checklists before jobs begin and Quality Assurance checklists after job completion
  • Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions with builders, subcontractors, and employees
  • Ensuring sub-contractors and employees adhere to WH&S requirements
  • Arranging variation purchase orders for subcontractors and approving job completion POs
  • Scheduling and rescheduling jobs to provide real-time updates to subcontractors and builders
