Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated professional to join our team in a Full Time Administration Assistant role.

The successful candidate will work autonomously, assisting with rostering requirements, administrative tasks, daily reconciliation of timesheets and record keeping, licence checking, and other compliance related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the operations team with various administrative tasks
  • Attending to licence checking and other compliance related tasks
  • Effectively communicating with employees and stakeholders across the business
  • Proven experience in administration with direct experience in rostering / workforce planning and scheduling an advantage
  • Good problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to last minute changes appropriately
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Well-spoken with effective written communication skills essential with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
  • The ability to self-manage and take a task from start to completion
