Personal Health and Fitness Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to deliver personalized health and fitness programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging personal fitness programs that cater to diverse needs and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by promoting healthy lifestyle choices and creating value for the community
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the fitness of local residents and guests
- Hold a current registration as a Fitness Professional – Gym Instructor or higher qualification in group fitness or personal training
- Possess current Provide First Aid (HLTAID 011) and Provide Resuscitation (HLTAID 009) certifications
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check prior to commencement
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering personal health and fitness programs, preferably in a sport, fitness or wellbeing environment
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to organisational goals and objectives
- Foster a strong customer service ethos and possess effective communication skills
This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. Hourly rates range between $32.14 and $38.64 plus 12% superannuation, with weekend penalties applicable.
