Job Overview

As a Tennis Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coaching and program development services to our community.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for tennis and a proven track record of providing high-quality coaching programs that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver tennis coaching programs that align with national framework guidelines and meet the needs of our community.
  • Conduct daily inspections of tennis courts and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all users.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all facilities are clean and well-maintained before and after each coaching session.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address member enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to promote our membership options and increase sales through pro shop promotions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Accredited Tennis Coaching Qualifications and proof of insurance.
  • Working with Children's Check Level 1 accreditation (essential) or Level 2 accreditation (desirable).
  • Experience in tennis coaching at all levels, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs and excellent customer service.
