About the Role

We are seeking a Data and AI Manager to join our Australian team, which has a rich legacy of over two decades as Churchill Consulting and now Sia Partners.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end digital transformation, Data, AI, IT advisory, and/or enterprise software projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading delivery projects with clients on a wide range of topics, including Data and AI strategy and roadmap development
  • Delivering data analytics, visualization, and AI solutions across technologies, including Azure, Snowflake, Oracle, GCP & AWS
  • Enhancing the management and value of data across organizations and markets
  • Implementing frameworks to manage data governance and move towards a target operating model for people and processes
  • Supporting the adoption and enablement of Data and AI solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications are advantageous
  • Prior experience in professional services, preferably in a Big 4 environment or with another leading consulting firm
  • Data and AI delivery experience is indispensable
  • Leadership skills are crucial for our clients' projects
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build networks and influence stakeholders effectively
