Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Manager to lead our construction division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including site coordination, labour force management, and materials procurement.

A collaborative approach is essential, as the Landscape Construction Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and operations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate project objectives, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or Foreperson on large-scale commercial landscape construction projects
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to sequence works and manage programmes
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or demonstrated industry experience
