About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to support a major transformation initiative within a government department. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple modules and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and integrate Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple modules and platforms.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions using proven expertise.
  • Work with Field Service, Customer Service, and Marketing modules to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other platforms using Azure Stack technology.
  • Develop applications using C#, REST APIs, Web API, and Azure technologies.
  • Leverage Azure DevOps for build and release pipelines to streamline development processes.
  • Develop reporting and integration within Dynamics 365 to enhance data visibility.
  • Develop custom workflows, plug-ins, and third-party integrations to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 design and development.
  • Proven expertise configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for build and release pipelines.
  • Experience with reporting and integration within Dynamics 365.
  • Experience developing custom workflows, plug-ins, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with Field Service, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other platforms using Azure Stack.
  • Proficiency in C#, REST APIs, Web API, and Azure technologies.
