About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Master Baker.

Our bakeries are dynamic environments with enthusiastic teams that thrive on sharing knowledge and skills to foster growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a proven track record of delivering exceptional products to meet customer needs.

Key qualifications include an Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent, and the ability to model and engage customers through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.

The successful applicant will also maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhere to best practices for food handling, and demonstrate a commitment to professional and personal development.

Additionally, they will be able to support the Bakery team, invest in their own wellbeing and resilience, and contribute to creating a positive work environment.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about their craft, with a drive to create high-quality baked goods that delight our customers.
