About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Shepparton. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory reporting
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
