**Job Summary**

Peakline Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled CNC/Metal Machinist to join our team. As a CNC/Metal Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery to produce high-quality metal products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Collaborate with Engineers**: Work closely with our engineering team to design and develop new products, and to troubleshoot production issues.
  • **Machine Operation**: Operate large machinery, including lathes, borers, and drills, to produce metal components.
  • **Tooling and Maintenance**: Set up and maintain tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • **Quality Control**: Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • **Supply Chain Management**: Source and manage supplies, including materials and equipment, to support production activities.
  • **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
  • **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with other production employees to achieve production goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • **Trade Qualification**: Hold a trade qualification in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or metal fabrication.
  • **Experience**: Have experience working with CNC machinery and metal fabrication techniques.
  • **Skills**: Possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
