About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service and support to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through proactive sales approaches and consultative service skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and technologies
