Plasma Operations Delivery Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in the plasma scanning and delivery process. We seek an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Scanning of plasma units into inventory management systems for accurate tracking and record-keeping.
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines relating to plasma delivery and manufacturing processes.
- Reviewing, updating, and implementing documentation related to plasma scanning and paste delivery operations.
- Assisting in developing and implementing new processes and procedures that enhance the Single Unit Verification area.
- Previous experience in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar environments is essential.
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) in a warehouse setting is required.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, including ERP Systems, is necessary.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), are required.
- A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
