Heavy Vehicle Technician/ Diesel Mechanic Leadership Role

In this dynamic position, you will oversee the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of heavy commercial vehicles. As the key support person for our technicians, you will carry out quality control checks on service repairs and provide hands-on mentoring to the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician seeking career progression. You will be responsible for effective allocation of service and repair jobs, diagnosis and repair of heavy vehicles, hands-on supervision and mentoring, and ensuring all work carried out is in accordance with manufacturer requirements for warranty.

Key Requirements:
  • Certification in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • Demonstrated experience working with European, American, or Japanese truck brands
  • Strong leadership capabilities including ability to drive cohesion and productivity
  • Process-driven mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
