Laundry Equipment Service Technician

Are you an experienced service technician looking for a stable and secure employment opportunity? Do you have a passion for working with commercial laundry equipment?

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Equipment Service Technician to join our team based out of our Welshpool warehouse. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial laundry equipment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role

This is an autonomous role that requires regional travel from Monday to Friday once every one or two months. You will work independently, but as part of a well-established team of four technicians who work collaboratively together. There is potential for career progression within the team, with opportunities to step into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and maintaining commercial laundry equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our business
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Experience in servicing white goods or air conditioning equipment
  • Full unrestricted driver's license
  • Clear police clearance and ability to pass regular drug and alcohol testing
  • Able to travel for up to a week at a time (every other month)
