Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our online support team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support via phone, email, or chat.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of CRM software and help desk ticketing systems
