Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced WHS Manager to join its top client in Emerald, a leading agribusiness in the citrus and grapes industry.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves leading safety initiatives across farm and pack shed operations, working closely with leaders to foster a culture of continuous safety improvement. You will partner with site leaders to achieve WHS goals and KPIs, coach leaders on workplace health, safety, and wellbeing best practices, and support injury prevention, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with site leaders to drive WHS outcomes
• Coach and mentor leaders on WHS best practices
• Support injury prevention, incident investigations, and corrective actions
• Develop and implement risk assessments, site inspections, and training initiatives
• Drive health and wellbeing initiatives for all team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a WHS role
• Degree in WHS or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and best practices
• Proven ability to coach and mentor across teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
