Assistant Store Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kmart. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, developing, and coaching a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and department managers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
