**Retail Store Leadership Opportunity**

Retail store leaders play a pivotal role in driving business success. In this leadership position, you will oversee a team of up to 15 members and be responsible for fostering sales growth while maintaining exceptional store presentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and train a team of up to 15 members to drive sales growth and maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Coordinate with the Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximize return on floor space.
  • Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience; capable of leading from the front and empowering the team.
  • A customer-focused mindset, strong fundamentals, and serious approach to retail are essential.
  • Retail or hospitality experience is preferred but a positive attitude is valued over experience.
