The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and controlling all project management baselines applicable to assigned bids and projects throughout their lifecycle.

  • Assess project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the project plan.
  • Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary adjustments and changes to achieve planned performance.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project reporting documentation and present project performance metrics and outcomes as required.
  • Ensure compliance with UGL HSSE requirements by participating in proactive safety measures and contributing to HSSE improvement initiatives.

Candidates with technical trade or tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering, Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), or equivalent experience are highly desired. However, applicants without all the specified qualifications can still be considered for this role.

About You
  • A degree in electrical engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a project manager, preferably with CPPM certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
